A stew made with fish fillets and other vegetables like potatoes and tomatoes. Kingfish or Pomfrets are used to make this thick coconut-based curry along with other vegetables.
4. Meen Peera (Sardines with Grated Coconut)
A dry dish made with small fish like sardines or tuna and lots of grated coconuts. If small fish are not available one can use fish fillets too.
5. Fish Mappas
A traditional Kerala fish curry where the fish pieces are cooked in coconut milk and coconut along with Tomatoes and Kokum fruits.
