Cultivation of coriander leaves at home is not difficult .we use coriander leaves in many dishes because it gives a good flavor to the dish .It is a good source of Vitamin C also .Usually it does not require a large pot or more soil for .w can grow them in small trays or mugs. The only thing we need is the whole coriander that we use in our kitchen. We can harvest them within 20-25 days.
How to grow
It is better to soak the whole coriander in water for 6 hours for faster seed germination .Add a pinch of pseudomonas powder to this water for getting healthy leaves. After soaking split the whole coriander with our palm. It has two seeds in it. Use the potting mix for sowing seeds. Sprinkle water to the soil and spread the coriander on the top .put another layer of soil. The seeds will germinate within 10 days. Keep the soil moist and don’t overwater the plant to avoid root rot. After 4weeks from sowing they will have lots of leaves. If we take a little care we can get fresh leaves for our daily needs.
