Buy Cosmos Flower Seeds : A Online Delight for Your Garden

Cosmos,  are effortlessly grown annuals that stay in bloom for months. Cosmos flowers, with vibrant petals in white, rose, pink, and red, bloom from early summer until frost. Easy to grow and care for, their fern-like foliage attracts bees, butterflies, and birds. Ideal for borders, cutting patches, or pots, Cosmos adds elegance and color to any garden.

Sowing

Simply scatter their seeds in any soil type, and they will self-seed every year, forming a colorful cloud atop long slender stems. Ideal for gardens attracting bees and butterflies, these easy-to-grow flowers reach heights of up to 6 feet.  Making them a vibrant addition to borders, cutting patches, and pots.  Enhance their growth with Mahagrin Cosmos  Seeds, and explore more details in our workshops.

Sow cosmos seeds lightly, ensuring they are no more than 1/4-inch deep. Thin seedlings to 12–18 inches apart once they reach a few inches in height. Expect the first blooms around 7 weeks after planting, and if you let the spiky-brown seed heads disperse in the fall, cosmos are likely to self-sow, gracing your garden spontaneously.

Germination

Cosmos seeds boast a quick germination period of 3-10 days and can be kickstarted indoors in late winter.  These seeds, requiring no pre-sowing treatment, can be directly sown in the garden or raised as seedlings in containers. To enhance plant population and bloom display, trim back spring-planted cosmos. They thrive in hot soils and peak in the warmth of dry summer temperatures.

Season

Cosmos seeds can be sown year-round. For the rainy season, begin sowing in mid-June and proceed with transplanting by mid-July. During winter, initiate the sowing process in mid-September, to transplant by mid-October.
