The lake flows into an artificial dam, a significant tourist spot. Kundala Dam is the first Arch Dam in Asia, built for the Pallivasal Hydro Electric Project in 1946. It’s also known as the Sethuparvathipuram Dam. From the top of the dam, visitors can relish views of lush green valleys, tea gardens, eucalyptus and pine trees, and captivating waterfalls.<\/p>\n
